ABeam德碩管理顧問公司校園徵才
昨天去聽了ABeam的校園徵才說明會，ABeam的前身是Arthur Andersen Business Consulting與Deloitte Consulting。在Enron事件之後，由於法令的規範，讓會計和管理顧問分家，故此在全球各地分解成許多新的管理顧問公司，ABeam就是其中的一家。
從我得到的資訊來看，ABeam應該算是半個日商企業，因為員工分佈在日本有兩千多人，在台灣僅有一百多人，不過這樣的規模在台灣管理顧問界也應該算是滿大的了，而主要業務範圍原則上涵蓋世界各地，不過比例上可能是台灣、大陸和日本的企業顧問諮詢及IT導入為主。從參與者來看，這次的校園徵才誠意十足，因為連總經理及各部主管都有到場親自解說，從公司成員的學歷來看，多半是國內大學的學士，包括科管、工工和資管都有，所以應該是一家願意收大學畢業新鮮人的顧問公司。如果不想整天寫程式、又不排斥周遊列國的話，4/13前投個履歷吧:Q

這次我覺得最有誠意的是台灣新力董事長，得知要來舉辦說明會，早上特地從日本塔飛機回台灣，然後再趕來台大。(雖然他也可能只是在別的地方開會，然後隨便說說的)
好有誠意的Sony，不知道是不是只有去台大:Q 他有說要徵的職位是什麼嗎? 對台灣Sony滿陌生的。
